Pollen parent: MM 15-80b ((atropunctata x calcicola) X neopavonia 'Summerfield')
This is the combination of a heavily spotted flower with a white one that has very clean markings in the center. I was hoping for spots and clean markings, but what I got is a flower with unremarkable colors but extremely large inner tepals. Fellow breeder Garry Knipe is encouraging me to breed for big inner tepals in the hope of producing fuller-looking flowers. I think this is progress toward that goal.
MM 18-267a
Siblings. The markings in these are intriguing.
