Moraea MM 14-146

Seed parent: MM 10-02c (M. villosa X tulbaghensis)
Pollen parent: Moraea villosa d

I wonder if I have any more seeds left from this cross. If so, I need to plant them immediately. These are some of my favorite new flowers of 2018.

MM 14-146a. A nice rich shade of orange without the usual yellow tint in it.

MM 14-146b. Rich intense colors and cool speckles around the eye. I made a lot of crosses with this.

Unfortunately, the flowers fade over time.

MM 14-146c

MM 14-146d. I'm not in love with the color of the tepals (they match my pasty fingers almost perfectly), but look at all those stripes!

MM 14-146e. Another very nice one.

I thought this one was 14-146e as well, but it's something different.

MM 14-146f

MM 14-146g

MM 14-146h

MM 14-146i

MM 14-146j

MM 14-146k

MM 14-146l

GK 1410_1. Grown by Garry Knipe from seeds of this cross.
