MM 20-240a. This cross between two heavily spotted hybrids produced a lovely flower with bright blue eyes in addition to all the nice spots.

I made this cross because both parents have brightly colored style crests at the center of the flower. I wanted to see if I could get a hybrid with vivid style crests.

I think it worked in form a, but both flowers are very pretty and deserve further breeding.

MM 20-190a. This one is splendid. The color contrast between the orange inner tepals and the white outer tepals is striking, the inner tepals are unusually large, and the flower has a lot of interesting speckles.

MM 20-190b. Not as spectacular as its sibling, but I like the contrast between the yellow central cup and the orange inner tepals.

MM 20-176a. There are absolutely awesome blue eyes on this plant, and a nice clean yellow cup. I wish the tepals had a darker color.

Well, darn, this cross is a Glad according to my records, but this plant is clearly a Moraea. Hopefully I will eventually sort out what happened.
