Moraea MM 13-49

Seed parent: MM 09-02d (aristata X villosa)

Pollen parent: Moraea loubseri

This cross produced some interesting color combinations.

MM 13-49a. Has the general M. loubseri shape, but the colors are mostly from the pollen parent.

MM 13-49b. Shaped more like a form of M. villosa, but the very hairy center and eye are from loubseri. Note the weird inner tepals with almost no central prong.

MM 13-49b (2). I mistakenly labeled two plants as form B. This one has nice veins in the tepals.

MM 13-49c. Similar to form B, but the veins are less distinct. Note that the hairs densely cover the central cup and black band at its outer edge, but apparently not the dark blue eye.
