Pollen parent: MM 03-05a
MM 15-114a. This cross of a yellowish flower with a purplish flower produced an intensely orange flower. That wasn’t what I was hoping for, but I guess it shouldn’t surprise me because both parent plants had orange flowers in their background. I am intrigued by the concentric bands of dark color in the center of the flower.
